Jen has previous experience of humanitarian response in South Asia and governance programming in sub-Saharan Africa. Her PhD explored the politics of resource distribution in ethnically-divided contexts.

With a methodological background in both quantitative systematic reviews and qualitative research in post-conflict settings, Jen is interested in taking a holistic approach to evidence that combines more ‘formal’ documented evidence with practitioner experience and local knowledge generation.
