Video: Will the humanitarian system change, or be changed?

The State of the Humanitarian System (SOHS) 2018 found a mixed picture when it came to change and the humanitarian system. Whilst there were no system-wide transformational changes, there were a series of incremental changes, often at the country-level.  However, many of the interviewees for the report suggested that there had been significant changes in the environment for humanitarian aid. As such, it remains to be seen whether the humanitarian system will be able to keep up with the pace of change and adapt itself to new realities, or be changed as a result of the changing environment it operates in. 

We put the report's findings on change to thinkers, policy makers and practitioners from across the system, and asked them to share their thoughts.
