This Operations Manual describes the rules and procedures applicable to the GAI. It describes its governance structure at global and country level, and details the processes involved in the allocation of GAI resources as well as the design, approval and monitoring of projects. It also defines the format of the Fund’s results framework, risk management strategy and provides relevant templates.
